Resident Testimonials On the morning of February 5, my roommate accidentally knocked my necklace down the drain. The maintenance was nice enough to come and take it out of the drain for me. Kasey Curcio I love having the loft and it is great that it has all of its appliances along with a dishwasher. The property management is always nice and helpful. I love not having to pay utilities each month. Kyle Fagan Madison Court accommodation has treated me very respectfully and the management runs a nice operation. The apartments are managed cleanly and always kept up to a high maintenance standard. The other tenants are very respectful to everyone’s privacy. Madison Court also has things like drawings for prizes to give back to the tenants. Taylor Harting Madison Court has changed my outlook of off campus living. If you are looking for a great chance to live with your friends it is an awesome choice. The property is close to campus and the staff is great. The area is clean and easily accessible. Two of my best friends attend Shippensburg University and they live in the new Madison Court Apartments. I visited their place and I really enjoyed the set up and the look of the entire place, mainly because it felt like home but it was on a college campus. They did live in the dorms last year and when they were looking to move off campus your complex was the first and only thing that they looked at. I am a sophomore at Bloomsburg and I have many friends who live off campus and they do not like where they live. When considering moving, the number one down fall of Bloomsburg is we have to take a bus down to campus or almost a mile walk depending on your location. I was wondering if you would consider on building apartments in the Bloomsburg area. Thank You, Michael "
